The Vision

The Children’s Leaders Network is a group of children’s leaders who are hungry to see the glory of God fall on this next generation. Children’s Ministry is not a hobby for us, we are not looking to move up the ministry ladder, but feel we have landed in our calling. Our desire is to see God manifest himself in every Sunday school class across this great nation and thus convert a classroom into an equipping center. One key ingredient that we feel this generation needs to step into its prophetic destiny, is genuine God encounters that impact a heart for life. We feel that the kids posses the same Holy Spirit that filled the disciples on the day of Pentecost, and that they can move in the same gifts and callings that you and I do. It is time for the church to see the children as a genuine member of the body of Christ, gone are the days of spiritual childcare, these are the days of activation and realization of this sleeping giant called children’s ministry. This paradigm is so new that it is moving in pockets across the globe. There are trailblazers across this globe who are breaking new ground seeing kids pray for the sick and seeing them healed, move in the prophetic and words of knowledge, engaging in intersession and seeing the world change around them. The Children’s Leaders Network has partnered with the cutting edge leaders in this kind of Paradigm shift, Lenny and Tracy LaGuardia from International House of Prayer in Kansas City have been activating kids in ministry for years and have empowered thousands of children’s leaders to do the same. Heather is based out of the U.K. and has one of the biggest spirit filled children’s ministries in England.  She has such a heart for the children in the west that she has dedicated a huge portion of her time and resources to the United Sates:  Meadow Baily of Family Christian Center, Orangevale Ca., Eric Payne of Bethel Church, Redding, Ca., Sarah Downs of The Rock Church Roseville Ca., Tim Ditmore, Rob Dunham, Nancy Finley, and many, many more. These leaders, along with any ministries and resources they are connected to, are committed to see you and your ministry break new ground with your kids, preparing this generation to lead us into revival like the world has never seen.
